I have a particular interest in fostering emotionally connected and fulfilling relationships by exploring our attachment patterns that hinder intimacy, often rooted in childhood. Through various therapeutic approaches like somatic-based, cognitive, experiential, and emotion-focused techniques, I assist individuals in resolving these barriers. Additionally, I’ll guide you in disarming your ‘inner critic’, the voice that undermines your potential, by creating a warm, safe, supportive environment and at times using empathic confrontation to address inconsistencies between behaviours, thoughts, and emotions.

With a mix of humour and empathy, I help you set realistic goals, develop helpful skills, and reach your full potential. Trauma often makes us vulnerable and leads to anxiety, depression, or grief. Together, we will overcome these obstacles. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and attachment based counselling. I strive to identify and teach resilience and flexibly adapt my communication style to your individual needs.
