Groups Counselling

Group counselling provides a supportive environment for individuals who are struggling with similar issues or challenges to share their experiences and support one another. Group sessions provide an opportunity for members to develop insight, learn new skills, and gain perspective from others.

I offer group counselling sessions for individuals who want to explore personal issues in a safe and confidential setting. The group counselling format can be especially helpful for those who feel isolated or alone in their struggles. It is recommended that group sessions be attended once a week. Our group sessions are closed groups, which means no new people will be added until the group program is complete.

I passionately accompany individuals and couples through their challenges. My client-centred approach aims to transform perceived weaknesses into strengths—with understanding, compassion, and support. With a mix of humour and empathy, I help you set realistic goals, develop helpful skills, and reach your full potential. Trauma often makes us vulnerable and leads to anxiety, depression, or grief. Together we will overcome these obstacles. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. I strive to identify and teach resilience and flexibly adapt my communication style to your individual needs.
