When is individual counselling beneficial?
Individual counselling can be beneficial if you struggle with persistent emotional or psychological challenges that impact your daily life. These may include depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, or other mental health issues.
Psychotherapy can also provide valuable support when dealing with stressful life events such as breakups, the loss of a loved one, career changes, or traumatic experiences. Additionally, individual counselling can help foster personal growth, boost self-confidence, and develop effective coping strategies.

Together we will overcome these obstacles. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.
