Sexology Individuals or Couples

Sexual health counselling addresses issues that impact sexuality and sexual satisfaction.

Sexual concerns are more common than we realise, and counselling can help improve intimacy for couples. The aim is to help individuals or couples move beyond emotional and physical challenges towards a harmonious sexual existence within a relationship.

Topics that I am specialised in but not limited to:

✔ Compulsive sexual behaviour

✔ Pain during intercourse

✔ Challenges concerning sexual desire and arousal

✔ Low libido

✔ Sexual disorders and erectile dysfunction

✔ Premature ejaculation

✔ Anorgasmia (trouble reaching an orgasm)

Through somatic counselling, you can learn to express your concerns clearly, better understand your own sexual needs, and overcome intimacy challenges. Remember, effective somatic counselling requires trust and good communication.

Sessions do not include any sexual acts or breaches in privacy and the rights of the client or Counsellor

That is why you've come to the right place

I passionately accompany individuals and couples through their challenges. My client-centred approach aims to transform perceived weaknesses into strengths—with understanding, compassion, and support. With a mix of humour and empathy, I help you set realistic goals, develop helpful skills, and reach your full potential. Trauma often makes us vulnerable and leads to anxiety, depression, or grief. Together we will overcome these obstacles. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. I strive to identify and teach resilience and flexibly adapt my communication style to your individual needs.
