Substantance recovery group
Together as a group, we will learn effective strategies for regulating emotions and coping with urges and cravings without returning to substances. Participants will also learn the standard DBT skills of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness and have the time to process their experiences in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
